Kevin Hill

Kevin Hill is the Senior Vice President of New Sales at 3Pillar, bringing over 25 years of expertise in sales strategy, business development, and leadership. In this role, Kevin leads the Global New Sales team, driving growth and innovation across the organization.

Before joining 3Pillar, Kevin was the Managing Director of Microsoft’s Strategic Pursuits team, where he consistently exceeded triple-digit million revenue targets and spearheaded large-scale technology transformations for Fortune 100 clients. His leadership was key in fostering a culture of inclusion and innovation.

Prior to his tenure at Microsoft, Kevin held several senior executive sales leadership roles at IBM over 15 years. His contributions were pivotal in driving significant revenue growth across multiple divisions, including Cloud, Cognitive Computing, Data, Security, and Analytics.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and an MBA, with additional certifications in Advanced Financial Strategy from INSEAD. A U.S. Army Veteran, he has also served on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross.

Residing in Sandy Springs, GA, with his family, Kevin is passionate about traveling, sports, and entertainment.
