Carl Rudow
VP, Client Success
Carl Rudow is the Vice President of Client Success at 3Pillar. In this role, Carl works directly with 3Pillar’s clients to create meaningful impact for their customers, employees, and investors. He has a wide range of expertise in delivering innovative products and services across multiple industries with significant experience in healthcare. With over 15 years of experience, he has a proven track record in product management, strategic planning, and digital transformation.
Throughout his career, Carl has delivered solutions for organizations of all sizes from large organizations like Centene Corporation and UKG to high-growth startups. Prior to joining 3Pillar, Carl was at LifeLoop leading Product Management, Research, and Content for the leading operational platform for Senior Living organizations. Additionally, Carl has spent time at Centene Corporation leading Product and Portfolio for digital solutions encompassing population health management, digital and telehealth solutions, delivering services to all Centene’s members, and UKG focusing on workforce staffing and operational management systems.
Carl holds a B.A in Philosophy from the University of Georgia. He currently lives in Athens, GA with his wife and 3 girls.
