David DeWolf is the Founder and former President and CEO of 3Pillar, a digital product development services organization building breakthrough software products that power digital businesses, and is currently serving as a Board Member. He is also an Amazon best selling author of The Product Mindset: Succeed in the Digital Economy by Changing the Way Your Organization Thinks.
3Pillar builds innovative digital products for companies like CARFAX, PBS, Fortune, and many others. Under DeWolf’s leadership, 3Pillar grew to more than 2,000 employees cross 9 countries. The company has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in the U.S. nine times, a 2019 CODiE award winner for Outsourcing Firm of the Year, and was recognized by research advisory firm Forrester three times as a leading digital experience provider and custom software development firm.
DeWolf’s work at 3Pillar has been honored by several awards, including The Software Report’s Top 50 Tech Services CEOs, SmartCEO Magazine’s Future 50, Washington DC’s 40 Under 40, and Virginia’s Fantastic 50. He was also named Entrepreneur of the Year 2020 Mid-Atlantic Award by EY in 2020.
He serves as the Chairman of InGo and is a member of the Board of Directors of OneHQ. He is an active angel investor and enjoys mentoring entrepreneurial leaders and advising philanthropic organizations. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Franciscan University of Steubenville.
