Lance has over 25 years of experience in technology and business leadership. He has worked in start-ups, scale-ups, SMBs, and enterprise organizations. Lance has also managed private and public companies and founded 2 startups with successful exits. He has led the development of complex and varied software product and service projects for a wide range of companies, including Microsoft, Nintendo, GM, Daimler-Chrysler, Western University, Avista Energy, Voicestream (TMobile),  LookSmart, and The Yellow Pages Group.
