Niraj Dave is a seasoned product engineering leader who currently heads global delivery at 3Pillar, overseeing a diverse portfolio of client engagements. With a specialization in guiding cross-functional, global teams through every phase of the product lifecycle, Niraj is adept at integrating customer insights into product design and leveraging Agile methodologies to enhance development processes and optimize product efficiencies.
Niraj brings extensive experience in Healthcare IT, where he has successfully led and implemented products across various systems, including patient, provider, and payer platforms. His deep expertise encompasses Revenue Cycle Management, Population Health Management, CMS Quality and Compliance Reporting, Analytics, Health IoT, HIE integration, and Interoperability.
With a solid foundation in software engineering and additional specializations in Data Science, RPA, and low-code/no-code platforms, Niraj possesses a unique perspective that allows him to build scalable, efficient products tailored to meet the demands of today’s dynamic market.
